| Lithological description | Thickly bedded greenish-grey and bluish-grey sandstone and quartzitic sandstone, separated by thin dark grey shaly interbeds, overlain with grey to bluish-grey shale and siltstone with lenses and beds of bluish sandstone usually fossiliferous (steinkerns). |
